• Digital Dictation: Utilizing our telephone call-in system or hand-held digital recorders, your dictation can be transcribed with true 24-hour turnaround time, and even STAT dictations can be ready almost immediately upon transcription. Using our secure server, your documents can be transferred via the Internet confidentially using FTP software. Please call us if you would like to be issued a temporary password to access our system so that you may try out a sample dictation.
• QA Program: Our team of transcriptionist are seasoned professionals who adhere to a strict QA program. Our staff is dedicated to continuing education through AAMT, and are encouraged to become Certified Medical Transcriptionists. In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and the latest information on prescription drugs ensures a report free from errors.
• HIPAA: Our facility confirms to all HIPAA regulations as outlined in our Service Contract. Attendance at Medical transcription conferences keeps us up-to-date on federal regulations and advances in technology to maintain strict confidentiality of all work performed.
